Né Barros is a choreographer and dancer. Throughout her career, Né Barros has linked and developed her artistic and scientific work. She started as a classical dancer and later on she explored contemporary dance and choreographic composition at the Smith College, in the United States. She’s cofounder and board member of Balleteatro.

“Under a red sky there is a real and imaginary world. As in a danger zone, musicians and dancers inhabit a theatrical space, a place of abandonment. Unpredictably, the group will invade this threatened place to, after a rupture, after a kind of catastrophe, repeat a new cycle.” — Né Barros
